စီးပြားေရးအဂၤလိပ္စာေ၀ါဟာရမ်ား (Marketing)

စီးပြားေရးနဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ့အသံုးအႏႈန္းေတြ၊ ေ၀ါဟာရေတြဟာသာမန္ေန႔စဥ္ဘ၀ထဲမွာေျပာဆိုတာထက္ နည္းနည္းေတာ့ထူးျခားေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ စီးပြားေရးဘာသာရပ္မ်ားကိုသင္ယူေနသူမ်ားနဲ႔ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားတြင္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနသူမ်ားအတြက္အေရးႀကီးသည့္ သိထားသိသည့္စကားလံုးမ်ားျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဒီသင္ခန္းစာဟာ အလယ္အလတ္အဆင့္ေလ့လာၿပီးသား သူမ်ားအတြက္ရည္ရြယ္ပါတယ္။

1. marketing (ေစ်းကြက္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း)

The action or business of promoting products or services to the public or other businesses.
e.g. Marketing plays an important part in the success of a new product.


      The internet has allowed companies to target their marketing more precisely.

ကုန္ပစၥည္း၊ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားအားစားသံုးသူမ်ားထံသို႔ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ တျခားစီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ထံသို႔ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း သိသာေစရန္ေၾကာ္ျငာျခင္း။

Wikipedia မွာေတာ့ marketing ဆိုတာ ကုန္ပစၥည္းတစ္ခု၊ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈတစ္ခုရဲ႕တန္ဖိုးကို စားသံုးသူမ်ားသိေအာင္ ဆက္သြယ္မႈျပဳတဲ့လုပ္ငန္းအဆင့္ဆင့္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။ marketing ဟာေရာင္းတာဆိုေပမယ့္ ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္းသက္သက္လည္းမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ တျခားလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားစြာ ပါ၀င္ပတ္သက္ေနပါေသးတယ္။ အေမရိကန္အေရာင္းျမႇင့္တင္ေရးအသင္းႀကီးက ဒီလိုဆိုပါတယ္။

2. Advertising (ေၾကာ္ျငာျခင္း)

The action or business of the promotion through public announcements in newspapers, TV, radio or the Internet of a product, service or event in order to attract or increase interest in it.

e.g My company now spends more on advertising on the web than we do on TV.

GE has increased its advertising budget by 10% to help it grow in new markets.

သတင္းစာ၊ ႐ုပ္ျမင္သံၾကား၊ ေရဒီယို၊ အင္တာနက္တို႔မွတဆင့္ ကုန္ပစၥည္း၊ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ၊ ပြဲလမ္းသဘင္ တစ္ခုခုကို အမ်ားသိသာေစရန္၊ စိတ္၀င္စားလာေစရန္ဆြဲေဆာင္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။


3. Brand အမွတ္တံဆိပ္


A type of product made by a particular company. ကုန္အမွတ္တံဆိပ္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံ ကုမၸဏီႏွင့္ ကုန္အမွတ္တံဆိပ္ထပ္တူက်တတ္သည္လည္းရွိသည္။ ဥပမာ cocoa cola,

e.g What brand of soap do you usually buy?

The Coca-Cola brand is worth more than 55 Billion dollars.


4. Launch ပြဲထုတ္သည္။

To introduce a new product, with advertising and publicity. ကုန္ပစၥည္းအသစ္တစ္ခုကိုေစ်းကြက္တြင္စတင္ေရာင္းသည္။

e.g We plan to launch the new product next month.

Ford plans to launch 3 new small car models this year to try to recapture market share.


5. Consumer စားသံုးသူ

A person who buys goods or services. ကုန္စည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈကိုျဖစ္ေစအခေၾကး ေငြေပးကာသံုးစြဲသူ

e.g The rise in transport cost will mean higher prices for the consumer.

Consumer advertising is only a small part of our marketing mix because we are mainly focused on corporate clients.


6. Market research ေစ်းကြက္သုေတသန


The collecting and processing of information about customers- how they feel about a product and why they will or will not use a product or service. စားသံုးသူေတြ၊ ေဖာက္သည္ေတြရဲ႕ ကုန္ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုအေပၚ ဘယ္လိုသေဘာထားသည္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္သံုးစြဲသည္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္မသံုးစြဲ စသည့္အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားစုေစာင္းေလ့လာမႈျပဳသည္။ ကုန္ပစၥည္းအသစ္တစ္ခုကို ထုတ္လုပ္ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္းမျပဳမီ ၀ယ္ယူရန္အလားအလာရွိသူမ်ား၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား၊ အေလ့အထမ်ား၊ ၀င္ေငြအေျခအေနစသည္တို႔ကိုလည္းေကာင္း၊ ေစ်းကြက္တြင္ေရာင္းခ်ေနၿပီျဖစ္သည့္ တျခားကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ား၏ေအာင္ျမင္မႈကိုသိႏိုင္ရန္ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ ေလ့လာမႈ။

e.g Market research shows that there is demand for another large supermarket in the area.


7. Brand Idendity ကုန္အမွတ္တံဆိပ္ပံုရိပ္


How a company wants the consumer to see its product. The company may want the customer to see the product as a luxury item or perhaps a cheaper item.

ကုမၸဏီက မိမိထုတ္ကုန္အေပၚ စားသံုးသူေတြတန္ဖိုးထားမႈအျမင္ဘယ္သို႔ရွိေစခ်င္သည္ ကိုျပဌာန္းခ်က္။ ဇိမ္ခံပစၥည္းအေနႏွင့္လား။ ေစ်းေပါသည့္ပစၥည္းအေနႏွင့္လား။

e.g Gucci has a strong brand identity in the luxury market.

The new advertising campaign is intended to improve our brand identity.


8. Public relations (PR) ျပည္သူ႔ဆက္ဆံေရး


Creating and maintaining a good image with your customers and the public.

အဖြဲ႕အစည္းအေပၚအမ်ားျပည္သူအျမင္ေကာင္းလာေစရန္ျပဳလုပ္ရသည့္လုပ္ငန္း

e.g After the recent scandal, the company has started a new PR campaign to help improve public relations.

Angela works in PR. She's the Public Relations officer for a German bank.

 
9. Campaign စည္း႐ံုးလႈံ႕ေဆာ္ျခင္း

A planned and organized series of actions intended to promote a product or service.

ကုန္ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုကိုအေရာင္းျမွင့္တင္ရန္ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ျဖင့္ လူထုလႈပ္ရွားမႈလုပ္ျခင္း။

e.g Our company will launch a new campaign to market our products to European consumers.

Accenture, will launch a new marketing campaign to promote its services to small companies.


10. Position ေစ်းကြက္တြင္းေနရာယူျခင္း

To affect the way a product is presented to the public and the how people think about that product.

ကုန္ပစၥည္း၊ အမွတ္တံဆိပ္၊ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းတစ္ခု၏ပံုရိပ္ အား မိမိရည္ရြယ္သည့္ေစ်းကြက္ ႏွင့္စားသံုးသူအၾကားတည္ေထာင္ျခင္း၊ ေနရာယူျခင္း။

e.g We need to position the new product carefully or we will miss our target market.

Toyota is positioning its products to middle-income families in Asia.



ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေရးထားသမွ်ကိုဖတ္ခ်င္လွ်င္ဒီမွာေလ့လာႏိုင္ပါသည္။
