သဒၵာစည္းမ်ဥ္းေတြထဲမွာ မွတ္လို႔ အလြယ္ဆံုးကေတာ့ Passive Voice ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Passive ၀ါက်ကို ေ႐ွာင္႐ွားသင့္တယ္ဆိုတဲ့ စည္းမ်ဥ္းဘဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီစည္းမ်ဥ္းမွာ ျခြင္းခ်က္ေတြ ႐ွိေနတယ္။
Passive Voice ကို သူ႕ေနရာနဲ႔သူ သံုးရမယ့္ အေျခအေနေတြ ႐ွိတယ္။ Passive Voice သံုးသင့္တဲ့ အေနအထားေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။

Passive Vocie ဆိုတာ ျပဳလုပ္သူ မဟုတ္ဘဲ ျပဳလုပ္ခံ နာမ္ Noun ကို ကတၱား ေနရာမွာ subject ထားၿပီး တည္ေဆာက္ထားတဲ့ ၀ါက်ေတြကို ေခၚတယ္။ ဥပမာ Appropriate uses are described below. သင့္ေတာ္တဲ့ အသံုးျပဳပံုေတြကို ေအာက္မွာ ေဖာ္ျပထားပါတယ္ လို႕ ေရးမယ္ဆိုရင္ Passive Voice ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
Passive Voice ကို သံုးတာ မေကာင္းဘူးလို႔ အယူအစြဲ ႐ွိေနတာက ခုိင္လံုတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းေတာ့လည္း ႐ွိပါတယ္။ Passive Voice နဲ႔ တည္ေဆာက္တဲ့ ၀ါက်ေတြက Active Voice နဲ႔ တည္ေဆာက္တဲ့ ၀ါက်ေတြေလာက္ က်စ္က်စ္လစ္လစ္ မ႐ွိတတ္ဘူး။ ျပဳလုပ္သူ ဘယ္သူလည္း ဆိုတာလည္း မေပၚလြင္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ပံုမွန္ အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာ ၀ါက် ဖြဲ႕စည္းတည္ေဆာက္ပံုနဲ႕လည္း ေျပာင္းျပန္ ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။
ဒါေပမယ့္ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ အေျခအေနေတြမွာေတာ့ Passive Voice သံုးလို႕ အဆင္ေျပတယ္။

၁။ ျပဳသူကို အဓိကမထားလိုဘဲ အျပဳခံကို အဓိကထားခ်င္တဲ့အခါ Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။ " The message was conveyed by the courier." စာကို ပစၥည္းပို႔သူက လာေပးသြားတယ္။

၂။ ျပဳသူက မသက္ဆုိင္တဲ့အခါ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အဓိပၸာယ္သက္ေရာက္ၿပီး ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့အခါ Passive voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။
" The defendent was found not guilty. " တရားခံကို အျပစ္မ႐ွိဟု စီရင္ခ်က္ခ်သည္္။

၃။ ျပဳသူကို မေဖာ္ထုတ္ႏုိင္ေသာအခါ Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။
" The dog was poisoned" ေခြး အဆိပ္ခတ္ခံရတယ္။

၄။ ျပဳသူကို မေဖာ္ထုတ္သင့္တဲ့အခါ (ဒါမွမဟုတ္ မေဖာ္ထုတ္လိုတဲ့အခါ) Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။
" Mistakes were made" အမွားေတြ လုပ္ခဲ့တယ္္။

၅။ ျပဳသူကို ေဖာ္ျပၿပီးေနာက္မွာ သ႐ုပ္ေဖာ္တဲ့ စကားစုေတြ အ႐ွည္ႀကီး ပါေနတဲ့အခါ Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။
" The alternative was suggested by John Smithk, the consultant hired to analyse the problem and recommend solutions. " အျခားေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ႏိုင္ေသာ နည္းလမ္းကို ဂြၽန္စမစ္က အၾကံျပဳပါသည္။ ဂြၽန္စမစ္မွာ ျပႆနာကို ဆန္းစစ္ေလ့လာၿပီး ေျဖ႐ွင္းခ်က္မ်ား အၾကံျပဳရန္ ခန္႔အပ္ထားေသာ အတုိင္ပင္ခံျဖစ္ပါသည္။
(Active Voice နဲ႔ ေရးမယ္ဆိုရင္ " John Smith, the consultant hired to analyse the problem and recommend solutions, suggested the alternative " လို႔ ျဖစ္ပါမယ္၊ အဲဒါဆိုရင္ alternative အျခားေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ႏိုင္ေသာ နည္းလမ္း ထက္ ဂြၽန္စမစ္ကို ပိုၿပီး အေလးအနက္ျပဳရာ ေရာက္ပါတယ္။)

၆။ ျပဳသူမည္သူျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း မေဖာ္ျပေသးဘဲ ေ႐ႊ႕ဆုိင္းခ်င္တဲ့အခါ Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။ " The candelabra was moved by the only guest who had the opportunity during that time — the professor! " ဖေယာင္းတိုင္တင္တဲ့ စင္ကို ေ႐ႊ႕တာကေတာ့ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္အတြင္းမွာ ေ႐ႊ႕ဖုိ႕ အခြင့္အေရး ႐ွိခဲ့တဲ့ တစ္ဦးတည္းေသာ ဧည့္သည္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ပါေမာကၡႀကီးဘဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

၇။ Passive Voice နဲ႔ ၀ါက်တည္ေဆာက္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ပိုၿပီး ဂုဏ္ေျမာက္ႏိုင္တဲ့အခါ Passive Voice ကို သံုးႏိုင္တယ္။
" Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few. " လူသားမ်ားအၾကား ပဋိပကၡျဖစ္မႈ နယ္ပယ္မွာ ဒီေလာက္နည္းတဲ့လူတစ္စုကို ဒီေလာက္မ်ားတဲ့ လူထုက ဒီေလာက္မ်ားမ်ား ေက်းဇူးတင္ရတဲ့အျဖစ္ မ႐ွိခဲ့ပါဘူး္။
